HIGH PERFORMANCE WEB APPLICATION PORTALS

It's not easy being faced with 3 locations run as 3 different companies, who all need some separation within the web app but joint access for website content management. It didn't phase Niki at all and after the initial sit-down and brief, we can trust her to just get on with the job and produce stunning results. Niki is one person who consistently over-delivers and always has our members of staff in mind when creating something new for us.

Before Niki coded our intranet, we were still manually entering each day's tickets, invoices, receipts and cash-takings into spreadsheets. Making them all add up was hell, which used to take most of a weekend to do a week's takings. Now, the tickets & takings are entered while the staff are still tidying up, so any queries can be dealt with there and then. The banking & sales reporting, holiday calendar and CRM are fantastic and it's great that the staff can access customer phone numbers but not anything else. Niki got to know the way that my business worked and built a system around it. I can't recommend her enough.

After seeing the cost to adapt SalesForce to my requirements skyrocket, I asked around and found Niki. I'm so glad I did! I sat down with her for a couple hours and she immediately got what I was trying to do. 3 weeks later I had a working CRM and quotation system, which went above and beyond. I can now save documents, notes, site photos, etc under a single job and create multiple quotations, which print with all our Ts & Cs. It's absolutely brilliant.
